Treatment approach
Kieran integrates a typical Osteopathic approach with exercise and movement rehabilitation, giving a broad approach to pain relief and resolution. He firmly believes patients who understand more about their issue will have a better recovery overall.
“The experience of pain and injury are fundamentally driven by a person’s beliefs and expectations of recovery. Helping people understand how and why pain has appeared has a direct link to a less painful and more positive recovery experience.
Kieran encouages an active recovery from injury and helps you with a longer term plan to reduce the risk of pain returning.
