Kieran works with Waterford Women’s FC at elite level, supporting the squad from performance testing through to training and match day. Testing helps build a picture of players’ physical qualities and informs decisions about their development.

He assesses and manages injuries, supports rehabilitation and return to play, and provides pitchside care. Working with players and staff helps connect those decisions to the demands of elite competition.

Dustin works with New Ross Rugby Club, supporting players with injury assessment, rehabilitation and a progressive return to rugby. He draws on athletic therapy, strength and conditioning, and sport-specific performance testing to guide that work.

His pitchside support helps address injuries as they happen and provides continuity into follow-up care, with the physical demands of rugby kept in view throughout.
