We are a health, performance and wellbeing clinic on the Waterford Road in Raheen, New Ross, Co. Kilkenny. Kieran Lowe opened the clinic in 2023.
You can see us for pain, for an injury, for training or simply to look after yourself. You don’t need a GP referral.

Kieran Lowe, an OCI-registered osteopath, opened Just One Body in 2023. It is a small clinic in New Ross, and the aim is simple: one place where you can get your pain looked at, work on your training, or book some time for yourself.
We start by listening. You tell us what is going on and what you have already tried. We ask some questions, and we look at how you move.
Then we explain what we found in plain words, before any treatment begins. If you have questions, ask them. If something is outside what we do, we will say so.
Hands-on treatment is often only part of it. Exercise and advice usually matter too, so we talk those through with you and agree the next step together.

Every visit follows the same four steps. You always know what is happening and why.

You tell us what is going on and what you have already tried.

We ask questions, look at how you move and test where it helps.

You hear what we found in plain words before any treatment begins.

Hands-on treatment, then exercise and rehab so progress carries on after you leave.

Osteopathy, sports injury care, massage and dry needling for aches, strains and pain that won’t settle.

Exercise rehabilitation, athletic performance testing, a running clinic and the Better Bone Health Programme. A rehab gym sits alongside the treatment rooms.

Swedish and Indian head massage and treatments to help you slow down and switch off.
Not sure about coming in? Book a free 15-minute chat first. Ask us what we do and whether we are the right people to see you.
An initial osteopathy appointment is €80 and follow-ups are €65. We will tell you what to expect before you decide on anything.
There is no pressure to book a course of anything. We ask what brought you in, look at how you move, and talk through what makes sense from there.
