Brows
Henna brows, tinting and shaping. We map your brows first so the shape suits you.
Lashes
Lash lifts and tints. Your own lashes are lifted and curled, with nothing to fit.
Waxing
Face and body waxing. We tell you how to prepare and how to look after your skin after.
Massage
Relaxing massage. Swedish, Indian head, back, neck and shoulders, feet and legs, and scalp oiling.
Patch test first
A patch test is needed if you are new to the clinic, or if it has been six months since your last appointment.
It checks how your skin reacts before your treatment, so please book it before your first appointment.
Brows
Henna brows are a semi-permanent tint that stains both the brow hairs and the skin underneath, for fuller, more defined brows without make-up.
We do henna brows with shaping, eyebrow shaping and tinting. Your first visit starts with a chat about the shape and colour you want. We map your brows before anything goes on. If you are new to the clinic, book a patch test first.
What to expect
- Straight after: brows look darker and more defined than the final result.
- First few days: the skin stain is most noticeable, then softens.
- The stain on the skin lasts about 1–2 weeks. The colour on the hairs can last 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin type and aftercare.
- Aftercare: for the first 24–48 hours avoid rubbing, exfoliating, oils and lots of water around the brows.
The process
- Consultation: we talk through your shape and colour.
- Brow mapping to create a balanced shape.
- Cleansing and light prep.
- Henna application.
- Processing for about 10–20 minutes.
- Removal and finishing, with any stray hairs tidied.
Lashes
A lash lift curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root, so they look longer and more defined without extensions or a lash curler.
We do lash lifts and lash tints. You can book either one, or both together. A lift curls your own lashes, so there is nothing to fit. If you are new to the clinic, book a patch test first.
What to expect
- Straight after: lashes look lifted, curled and more open.
- Your eyes can look more awake, and you may need less mascara.
- Results usually last 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle.
- Aftercare: keep lashes dry and avoid steam and eye make-up for the first 24 hours.
The process
- Consultation about the lift you would like.
- Cleansing, with silicone shields placed on the eyelids.
- Lashes lifted and positioned.
- Lifting solution, then setting solution to lock in the curl.
- Optional tint for darker lashes.
- Finishing and brushing into place.
Waxing
Waxing removes hair from the root, so skin usually feels smoother for longer than after shaving. Results last around 3–6 weeks.

What to expect
- Some stinging when the wax is removed, and mild redness afterwards.
- Appointment length depends on the area.
- Hair needs to be about 6 mm long for the wax to grip.
How to prepare
- Let hair grow for 2–3 weeks after shaving.
- Gently exfoliate 1–2 days before.
- Arrive with clean, dry skin and no heavy creams or oils.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Aftercare
- Avoid hot baths, saunas and hard exercise for about 24 hours.
- Avoid strong sun on freshly waxed skin.
- Keep the area clean and moisturised.
- Exfoliate gently a few days later to help prevent ingrown hairs.

Slow down with a relaxing massage in a calm, private room. Choose the treatment that suits you and your therapist will adjust it to how you feel on the day.
