With each home visit our aim is offer pain relief & injury recovery through a combination of hands-on based treatment, movement and exercises as well as guidance on how to reduce your pain.

What does a home visit include

Bringing a clinic to your home is the only difference to what you would experience in our clinic in New Ross. Our team will spend time listening to how this issue is affecting you, taking a detailed case history and thorough examination. From here we will discuss our diagnosis with you and explore any particular reasons this may have happened. At times this can be very obvious, but with most of our patient the cause can be more obscure.

Injury Assessment

Exploring your issue through a combination of questions, assessment and examination, our team will explore why any pain or injury has occurred and explain to you in terms you can understand and relate to.

Treatment

Hands-on treatment can be very effective at managing pain. Some conditions may mean this relief is short term, but for someone in acute pain short term can feel like a lifetime.

Injury Rehabilitation

Injury rehabilitation may sound complicated but essentially our team will give you advice and guidance on what movements, exercises or habit changes may be useful to help pain and injury in the short and long term. You will be given videos and instruction on when, how and why these exercise work through our simple online system.

Injury Prevention

Making sure pain doesn’t become a revolving door of episodes is important to our approach in clinic. We don’t want to create a dependancy on our services, meaning you have to come back every few months for more treatment. We will give you a longer term plan to help maintain a pain free and healthy lifestyle for whatever the issue may be.
